Meet Brandy
Hi, I’m Brandy — a Registered Nurse and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and founder of Flow Recovery.
After more than 15 years in nursing, including emergency and critical care, I created Flow Recovery to provide compassionate, evidence-informed lymphatic care that supports healing, recovery, and overall wellness.
Today, I welcome clients into my peaceful wellness studio in Chesapeake, OH, while continuing to offer mobile appointments by request throughout the Tri-State area.
Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing swelling, experiencing chronic inflammation, or simply looking to support your body's natural lymphatic function, every session is personalized to your unique goals.
My approach combines clinical knowledge with a calm, restorative experience. As a Registered Nurse with advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, nutrition coaching, and personal training, I believe wellness should be both therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
My goal is simple- to help every client leave feeling lighter, supported, and confident in their recovery journey.

Comprehensive MLD 90 Minutes
90 minutes | $225
Comprehensive Manual Lymphatic Drainage is an extended, personalized session designed to support lymphatic flow across multiple areas of the body. The additional time allows for a more thorough approach tailored to your needs without rushing your care.
Head, Face & Neck MLD 45-60 Minutes
45 minutes- 1 hr | $125
This gentle, focused MLD session supports lymphatic flow throughout the head, face, and neck. It may help ease puffiness, swelling, sinus congestion, and migraine-related discomfort while promoting relaxation. Each session is personalized to your individual needs.
Prenatal & Postpartum MLD 60 Minutes
1 hr | $150
Prenatal and Postpartum MLD is a gentle, personalized treatment designed to support healthy lymphatic flow and ease swelling, heaviness, and discomfort during pregnancy and recovery. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your stage of pregnancy or postpartum needs, with your comfort and well-being at the center of care.
Postoperative MLD 60 Minutes
1 hr | $165
Post-Operative MLD provides gentle, individualized lymphatic support throughout recovery. Each session is adapted to your procedure and stage of healing to help manage swelling, tightness, heaviness, and tissue congestion. Screening and medical clearance may be required to ensure treatment is appropriate and safe.

Flow Recovery is located inside Beyond Beauty at 10880 County Road 1 in Chesapeake, Ohio, serving clients from Huntington and the surrounding Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky communities. Mobile appointments are available by request; contact us to discuss availability and travel details.
Wear comfortable clothing that is easy to change out of if needed. Clothing and draping depend on the areas addressed during your session. We always respect your comfort and privacy, and we’ll discuss what to expect before we begin.
Flow Recovery is a private-pay practice and does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. HSA/FSA cards are accepted for eligible services. Eligibility depends on your plan, and you may need supporting documentation. Check with your plan administrator before using these funds.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to the cancellation policy presented during booking.
